[Basics]

All the tools you need to make a good website is these 3 things:

Photoshop - too create your graphics.

notepad.exe - or as we call it in Sweden, "Anteckningar". This is for writing the HTML code. You can use any other text editor of your choice.

Webbrowser - too view your progress in the making of your website. Many people use Internet Explorer but i prefer Firefox.

If you're not familliar with HTML code, you can easily make a website using Microsoft Frontpage. No HTML code needed =)
